Micki, our deputy manager, is passionate about her role and a real people's person. She has learnt a great deal and takes on a wide range of responsibilities, from supporting the team to overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of care. Her experience, warmth and leadership make her invaluable to The Belfry.

Nikki
Nikki is incredibly energetic, motivated and always goes the extra mile for both residents and colleagues. As a fully trained hairdresser she takes great pride in helping our residents look and feel their best. Her friendly nature and attention to detail are her a valued part of the team.

If you've ever met Laura, you'll know just how wonderful she is. Kind, caring and endlessly patient, she also has a brilliant sense of humour that brightens everyone's day. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Laura, and she's loved by residents, families and colleagues alike.

Lee is a long-standing staff member of our Belfry team has been caring for our residents since 2015!! Known for her friendly smile, bubbly personality and kind nature. She has a real talent for engaging residents in group activities, creating fun, interactive experiences that brings everyone together. Alongside our residents she too enjoys an afternoon quiz.

Although Sarah hasn't worked with The Belfry Team for too long she brings a wealth of experience and has excelled in her training. Sarah is very kind and gentle, she quickly makes residents feel comfortable and supported. Her dedication to providing high-quality care is evident in everything she does.

Stacey is a valued long-standing member of our team, known for her crreativity and enthusiasmm. As our arts and crafts queen, she's always looking for new activities for our residents to be part of. Stacey brings fun, inspiration and a personal touch to all activities, helping residents express themselves and enjoy every moment.

Cheryl has a heart of gold and is known for her caring and kind nature. She's a hard worker who always puts others first and her skills in the kitchen are a real bonus! Cheryl takes pride in what she does and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents feel happy, comfortable and well cared for.

Abby, currently studying at university and is one of the fastest learners. She quickly grasps new skills and responsibilities, impressing everyone with her enthusiasm, adaptability, and dedication to providing excellent care

Hannah brings great energy to everything she does and her progression with The Belfry has been truly impressive. She is currently studying Forensics at Cambridge University, so she supports the team during her time off. The residents always enjoy hearing about her university experiences and have a real fondness for her.
