Hayley has worked for us since 2019, taking a short break to gain valuable experience in community care, before returning to The Belfry in 2024 with her newly gained skills. A larger-than-life character and a great cook, Hayley brings warmth and a wealth of experience to the team. She has a natural ability to connect with residents, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued and well cared for every day.

Nikki is incredibly motivated and always goes the extra mile for both residents and colleagues. As our designated hairdresser for the residents, she takes great pride in helping them look and feel their best. Her friendly nature and attention to detail are her a valued part of the team

Cheryl has a heart of gold and is known for her caring and kind nature. She's a hard worker who always puts others first  and her skills in the kitchen are a real bonus! Cheryl takes pride in what she does and always goes the extra mile to ensure residents feel happy, comfortable and well cared for
